Thank you for the response. I was satisfied with what you said. Unfortunately, I didn't read it until many days after I had written and I had already gone to an MD at an Urgent Care. Originally PayPal had said it declined my payment and your email response didn't get to me until some time later. But otherwise, thank you for the help. BTW, though the rash is much much better, and the major inflammation reduced in about 3-4 days, 3 weeks later it is still evident.
