Thought this was good medical advice, although I don't think I was making it clear that the subject has to drive through congested areas to get to work, hopefully not making the problem worse. He did give good advice about not driving long distances and his advice about what to do if that is a must, was very good.

Doctor has given time to understand my problem, but I expected that this consultations should have been more interactive and some basic remedies should have been shared based upon the subject expertise. Simple remedy was shared to have an allergy test which even I was aware off and expected some more detailed information on subject.
