Prompt, thoughtful, patient responses. He did a great job and a doctor I saw later agreed with his general diagnosis. I would have preferred a little more detail on my follow up questions, and the diction at times was a little confusing (terms like "sequel" of a disease), possibly due to differences in Indian and American English.
