The doctor replied as fully as possible, considering I did not have sufficient information to give him about the tests that erevealed the kidney insufficiency. The advice he was able to provide, however, did give me the information I need to pursue the matter further next month with my local doctor.

Even though I was told I would get an answer to my question within 24 hours, Dr. Srinivasan answered my almost immediately and really understood my concerns and helped to ease my mind a little. Now I know to have extra tests done from my doctor that I originally wasn't aware of, which could ultimately get me healthy. Thank you!

Dr. G.Srinivasan was very accommodating and tried to come up with various possibilities for my ailment, since it would be very difficult to accurately assess my condition without seeing and testing me in person. He also is willing to provide various avenues for the patient to consider, rather than merely trying to pin-point only one factor that could be incorrect. If he doesn't know something, he'll say so, rather than giving inaccurate information, or just saying anything to appease the patient. Nobody can expect a doctor to have all the answers via the internet without evaluating the patient physically. I'm happy I had an opportunity to correspond with this pleasant gentleman.
