I apology for answering your response concerning my question. I am not familiar with all aspects of this site. This is my first question using MedHelp. Specifically, as you say, this is a perplexing problem. I will try Neosporin. You may be correct -- a bacterial infection. Although, it might not be a solution. Thank you.

Thank you Dr. Ghosh. Your answer was clear and helped me know what to expect after a part of my eyelid was removed due to a basil cell carcinoma. I asked about eyelashes, and you were right, they are now gone. At least I knew ahead of time, so I could get used to the idea. The bandages were just removed yesterday. I think your advice was excellent. Thank you.
