I found Dr. Prasad to be very knowledgable & helpful. It was so much better to take my time & write everything down. Then when the questions were answered, I could read them over again & know I hadn't forgotten the answer as is possible at a quick Doctor visit. I was going to ask another question but I had to go babysit my son's children & my time expired. I am very satisfied with this service & will likely use it again. Thank's Dr. Prasad.
