After doing some research on the Dr's. answer, I tend to agree with her diagnosis. The symptoms I experienced went pretty much hand in hand with her answer of and anxiety attack.

She confirmed my self diagnosis of shingles and I went to Urgent Care immediately and was started on generic Valtrex. Doing well and plan to play golf Monday. Thank you!
