this was my first psychiatric evaluation and it is difficult to compare the evaluation though i must say that your advice was much in agreement with my own thoughts(although i am not qualified enough to make the judgement). overall the evaluation seemed logically constructed and rooted scientifically. overall it was quite helpful.
