Dr. Chugh provided the best answers he could given the information he received from me. This is a helpful service for individuals stuck without any meaningful, affordable health coverage. If they docs could figure out a way to prescribe meds this would be extremely helpful. Clearly there are many problems with prescribing and I don't see that happening. Despite the constraints of distance and no face to face contact for examinations or tests I would call this a very good and helpful service
