Dr. Chugh responded very quickly to our question regarding my daughter's injury. It was after 8pm at night and we were very concerned about the large bruise on her wrist from a softball injury that evening. We sent a picture and he was able to calm our worries and gave us excellent info and helped us not to worry about going in to the ER and that she would be OK. This was the first time we had ever used this type of service and it really helped assure us that we didn't have to overreact. We will absolutely use this Get an Answer from this website of drs. again. Highly recommend this as an option for others! Thank you. SS
