Dr. Kumar's answer was right on target as verified by a neurologist we visited, who said the same thing as Dr. Kumar about the not unusual experience my wife had. He also recommended a precautionary MRI (as did Dr. Kumar). Fortunately there was no evidence of a stroke, TIA or other problem.
