thanks for advice wished I paid attention sooner it took awhile for me to notice the receeding gums I only noticed it when my gum around that tooth got swollen and sore then I started looking for other signs,I have cut back from 4mg to 2mg if I can do that I can quit the gum I know I can quit, calling employer for for dental plans now thank you so much

You were totally correct. I got some oral mouth wash for dry mouth, started taking B12, and your other suggestions. I already feel much better and it's only been 12 hours. Thanks so much. On a scale of 1-10 your score a 10.
