Thank you for your answer to my question. Yes it was back surgery (lower). I've tried the TENS unit before with little help. I will mention the pain medication to my Doctor. Thanks again.

Dr. Taka did a great job! His replies over several days of back and forth were timely, concise, not overwhelming or too technical, and he had a very supportive style in his messages. He gave me some things to check on myself, which I very much appreciated. Very nice guy!
