Very good, direct, and seemed to understand what I was asking. Though at one point, I was not sure I had spelled a medical term correctly and therefore wrote (ms) after the word meaning I thought I had misspelled the word, and he thought I was saying I had MS.......I got a smile about that comment. I guess he had never seen that before, but as an X teacher, I used that often by a word on a student's paper to indicate they should recheck their spelling.......with the new "spellchecker" on computers now, I don't think spelling is a problem anymore. Besides that he gave me a very clear answer. I am impressed.
