The doctor was very friendly and asked for additional information to better assess my condition, which I appreciated. He seemed very knowledgeable about acne treatments. I am giving a 4 instead of 5 because the issue I was describing is not acne, but rather some type of staph infection and I would like more information on that condition. But I realize he cannot diagnose with 100% accuracy without seeing me in person (and he did ask me to upload photos of my skin if possible so he could get a better idea) though. Thank you.
