For my queries, Dr Sree was very descriptive in her answer and explained using a mix of logic and data. So for a layman like me, her explanation made great sense, and obviously helped me quickly build trust. In general, it is very difficult in healthcare to give answers based on just description (without any test reports), but Sree did a great job of listing down all options and taking the time to include details.
