Thank you for answering my query. I have since consulted with my GP and everything is fine apart from anxiety. I shall take your advice and look into practicing Yoga and meditation. :)

Dear Doctor, Thanks for reply. I consult M.S.Ortho after your consultation. He suggested drugs for 15 days . He checked X-ray also. He said bone is normal , and asked to discuss after 15 days. He said that if not recovered he may go for MRI Scan.
