I am glad to hear that all her blood tests are normal.
This ten year old girl is experiencing low back pain.
I am not sure if she is involved in any kind of physical
activities in school such as some sports or physed .
If she spends time standing for long hours, that could
cause low back pains. If the low back pains started
after she was liftinng something heavy or other activity
involving sudden twisting motion of the lower spine,
I may be thinking about sprain or strain. As for the
problems with stomach pains, Ibuprofen type of drugs
can have an effect on the stomach lining and also acid.
I would advice you to discuss this with her doctor.
Problem of constipation needs to be addressed. A high
fiber diet along with plenty of liquid intake is advisable.
Polyethylene glycol (PEG) solutions are also helpful in
relieving severe constipation. She may have some
signs of Irritable bowel syndrome.
