Hello,
To answer your questions:
1. Interaction between taking
Omnacortil and alcohol is unknown, while no restriction is made on using alcohol along with taking
roxid 150 mg.
2. Colitis is an organic pathology that will require a few investigative tests for confirmation and decision on appropriate treatment strategy.
Omnacortil is a corticosteroid containing
prednisolone 40 mg, which has potent anti-inflammatory properties. It might help in some cases of colitis (including
ulcerative colitis). But in your case, this pathology requires confirmation. IBS is not an organic pathology, instead, it is related to alteration in bowel movements / function. In this case, omnacortil or any other
steroids won't help.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
