Always Feeling The Presence Of Wife. Suggest The Solution For Optimal Health Of Heart?
I feel, often in the presence of my wife (but not only)
since 2 weeks very slight palpitations. At first, I thought
it was because she was enjoying herself that we may have
a third child which considering our relationship not fully
harmonious (understatement) and my current income put me in a
not very XXXXXXX state . Once past this false assumption, it went
much better. However, during the negotiation of a contract, when in conflict , sometimes it happens again ( for instance 4 times today) .I feel like a small acceleration.
This lasts only one
beat. Furthermore, my heart beats 60-65 beats minutes.
My last EKG that is more than a year was good.
My cholesterol level is good
(HDL / LDL). Is it due to the return to the school of my children , the overload et
work ,my family environment a bit heavy (father reaches 78 years with
Parkinson , mother with hypertension )? My brother told me he had challenge
with his heart two years ago. (but he works more than
me, eats cheese, red meat, ...)
I developed the following action plan
- Exercise: minimum 30 minutes a day
- Healthy food (fruits and vegetables, fish, salt reduction,
absence of frying, ...)
- Calming herbal teas, coffee 0
- Relaxation twice a day
- Nap if possible
- Food supplements containing magnesium and B6 + antioxidant
- Buying a new mattress because I often sneezes in the morning (allergies)
- Intensive household to get rid of acarian
- Collection of furniture catalogs for buying a sofa bed
because my wife snores, so we could sleep in two bedrooms
separated
- Consulting a marriage counseling to improve my marital communication
Would you see other solutions for optimal health of my heart?
Sincerely,
XXXX
It is good that you are very health conscious.
Detailed answer....
It is very good to be health conscious as so many of modern diseases are lifestyle diseases and once you are able to modify your lifestyle, then one can achieve a optimal health of not only heart but of the whole body.
In addition to above mentioned methods adopted by you,I would like to add few things more...
1... Stay within your healthy weight range
2... Your exercises should be aerobics which are very helpful for heart.
3... Take good care of your teeth and gums because periodontal diseases are linked with heart diseases. It is said that people with periodontal diseases are nearly two times more liable for heart diseases.
4... You can add yoga and meditation to your routine,as these are great stress busters.
5... Sleep well.
6... Pay a regular visit to your doctor for regular check ups
7... Get a repeat EKG of your heart.
8... add walnuts and flaxseeds to your diet for more of omega 3 fatty acids.
Consulting a counselor would definitely help you.
I hope it helps however you may revert to me for any other query.
Best of luck
Thanks
