Are B And O Suppositories The Right Option For Eosinophilic Cystitis?
Question: My neice has a rare disease Eosinophilic Cystitis, she has severe bladder spasms. Would B and O suppositories be an option for her?

This combination is generally tolerated well; but in few patients adverse drug reactions are noted like nausea, vomiting, constipation, blurred vision and dizziness. Few individuals show only allergic reactions like itching and hives to preparations of belladonna. These drugs are also liable for abuse/addiction.
Not more than 3 suppositories should be taken in a day.
Please note that these B/O suppositories have to be taken only under strict medical prescription with well defined risk benefit ratio explained.
