Are Duvadilan And Susten Right Medication For Low Lying Placenta During 31 Weeks Of Pregnancy?
Question: Hi.
my wfe age is 36 and 31+weeks of pregnant. its our 1st baby and she has two issues in pregnancy fibroid and low placenta.due to this every second day she has a bleeding problem.Dr. suggested her bed rest and below the medicines which Dr advised.
-Susten 200mg (twice a day)
-Duvadilan 10mg (once a day)
-Supracal (once a day)
-Fesovit (once a day)
-Biopreg Plus (once a day)
-ocid 20 (empty stomach)
-Sylate 500mg (trice a day till to stop bleeting & continue for three days more )
-for pain Drotin & meftal-spas
-weekly injection proluton depot 500 mg.

I have seen the attached reports and the medicines she is taking.
This problem of bleeding can stay for a while and even till delivery.
All medicines given to her are well prescribed and according to guidelines but duvadilan tablet should be taken at least twice a day for best action.
Her ultrasound report is good as per the growth of baby is concerned but sugar levels are deranged so she needs diet control to manage the same
Best option will be to get a proper diet chart from a dietician and take care of below mentioned points -
- avoid added sugar in anything you drink or eat
- avoid potatoes and rice
- avoid bananas, grapes, mangoes and chikoo as much as possible.
