Question : hi I.m. 32 f.. I got miscarriage in. XXXXXXX . I got married last year. we are planning for baby now. I m using glutone whitening tablets and taking vit c chewable tabs daily.. can i take when I'm planning .?. please let me know whether it is safe?..

It is okay to take vitamin c chewable tablets but better to stop glutone tablets.
It is advisable to take 5 mg folic acid tablets per day while planning pregnancy, especially since you had a prior miscarriage.
