Are HIV, Syphilis And Hepatitis Tests Done 6 Months After Exposure Conclusive?

I had unprotected sex on May 2014. After that i start developing stomach pain and thin and loose stools. I still have all problems after a year as well. Sometimes my throat get inflammed for few days and it goes by it's own and also I get sours on my body. I tested myself for HIV, Syphilis and hepatitis B & C for four times. My all test were done last time after six months of unprotected sex and everything comes out negative after six months.
Do I need to retest for anything again?
