Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
You had unprotected sex with massage girl but the HIV DNA PCR is negative at 18 days and ELISA at 60, 93, 170, 180 and 195 days is also negative consecutively than you are absolutely risk free.
As far as severe vomiting and heavy stomach pain is concerned it might be due to some stomach infection for which you can consult your doctor and take some antibiocs along with pain killer.
As your friend I will also advice you to stay away from unsafe sexual practices to prevent the future risk of HIV or other STDs. Just calm down yourself, don't be so anxious and go ahead in life happily with your wife as you not at all risk of getting HIV.
Thank You

The rashes and red bumps are mostly due to some allergy or skin infection.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
The rashes and red bumps all over the body are mostly due to some allergy or skin infection for which you can consult some dermatologist and take treatment as per the advice.
No need to go for any other test because ELISA at 195 days is negative which is considered as highly reliable and accurate. So no need to be so anxious, relax yourself as you are absolutely risk free.
