Does The Medicine, Lortab, For Migraine Have Increased Aspirin Base?

I have had migraine from leaving the marine corps in 1970. Overall ave. 1 per mo. from moderate to severe vomiting. I finally found the Maxalt 10mg controls, IF taken upon onset (I know when they start) tho if I miss the time than only Hydrocodone subdues the pain associated with the migraine. I have had an MRI and a CAT scan - NEG reading. I am allergic to sulfa drugs, Darvon, Demoral and aspirin. Prevents blood from clotting to where I have had to rec vitamin K shot. I recently had my prescription refilled, sub for Acetaminophen-Hydrocodone with Lortab5/500 does the Lortab contain more of an aspirin base? Thank You

Hello,

You are fortunate to have found that Maxalt drug helps control your migraine headaches.

One of the best things one can do with migraines is to learn how to perceive when they are starting so the patient can take the abortive medication to stop them from getting severe.

The Lortab 5/500 is a mixture of hydrocodone (5 milligrams) and acetaminophen (500 mgs). My understanding is that it contains no aspirin at all.
