Are HIV Tests Done 2 Weeks After Exposure Conclusive?

Question: I have done hiv early detection test consisting of RNA PCR, P24, HIV DUO 4th generation after 2 weeks of possible exposure. Is the test any relief to me?? Can i relax?

Is this test conclusive one? Because i have been reading websites and it says hiv rna tests are not used for diagnostic purposes. A 3 month test is needed.
I am worried as i think i have been developing these symtomps such as cold and sore throat along with tiny red spots on the tip of my tongue. Can u please specify what it is?

Thank you doctor for your kind words. just last question, have u seen any case where these tests turning positive after some time? I am concerned as i had unprotected insertive vaginal sex with a female whose HIV status is unknown.
