Thanks for your response, I need further clarification
1) I am cleaning the tacrolimus ointment in the morning and applying lukoskin ointment and staying in the sunlight for 10 min.
question:
1) do I need to maintain gap before applying the lukoskin ointment.
2) I am taking lukoskin oral liquid 30 min after expose to sun and cleaning the ointment after 30 min taking the oral liquid then immediately applying sun screen.
question:
2) for better results what will be the interval of time to maintain between each process.
3) would you like review my reports and Dr. prescription???.
thanks

Brief Answer:
Steps to follow
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
1. No, you don't need to maintain any gap between wiping off tacrolimus and applying lukoskin. Tacrolimus would have acted overnight. You can just wipe it off in morning and apply lukoskin.
2. Regarding oral liquid you need to take it 1 hr before exposure to sun because it would reach skin through circulation in about 1 hour and also you should have applied lukoskin 30 minutes before sun exposure. Use sunscreen, throughout the day after sunexposure. Use lukoskin oral liquid and lukoskin ointment, every alternate days i.e Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
3. Tacrolimus is to be applied at night, daily.
4. You may upload prescription in Reports Section.

Brief Answer:
Advice regarding lip vitiligo patch
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Tacrolimus ointment is a greasy preparation therefore it can feel sticky.
Moreove, tacrolimus can cause a mild burning or smarting sensation, it is a known side effect. This burning sensation could also be because you are using lukoskin and exposing to sun. If tacrolimus is causing too much of a burning sensation you may switch to mometasone furoate at night. Both are equally effective.
You should apply sunscreen immediately after exposing to sun.
There is no interaction between tacrolimus ointment and sun exposure.
