Are A Cluster Of Hard Bumps Around The Vulva Signs Of Genital Warts?

Question: I am worried that i have genital warts!! I just noticed a couple hard bumps in the last week or so... No pain, no itching, however i did scratch one abs it bled

Sorry hopefully these will be clearer... I just got this one spot within the last week... There was one ither but it was so small you camt see it... They are atound my vulva... I have been sexually active... Only one partner currently, but have had 2 in the past year. Neither told me about the possiblilty of genital warts so im assuming if they had it they didnt know. Thank you so much... Just very worried!
