Hi,

Chronic inflammation of vulva could be due bacterial, fungal or viral infection / it can be due to low estrogen levels or some skin diseases. Diagnosis needs a careful examination by expert, culture and sensitivity test of the part, and estrogen level estimation. This would follow with specific treatment by an expert (gynecologist / skin specialist).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
