Can take 2-3hours after taking flagyl &ciprofloxacin.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am sorry for the situation you are in.
Yes, you can take flagyl and ciprofloxacin together with antacids together.
But you need to care for the time: should take flagyl and ciprofloxacin first, then can take antacids 2-3 hours after.
Wish fast recovery!

What am I allowed to eat while on these meds? There was no mention of the food I can have with my meds.
Brief Answer:
Following diet suggestions for diverticulitis...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for following up.
There is no special food to eat when taking these meds. Do not use alcohol still you are in treatment.
But, you need to be careful with foods you eat during the diverticulitis attack. So, I highly advise to consume more:
- fluids (water, broth, juice, etc.)
- ice chips
- gelatin
When the attack is over, can eat:
- dairy : milk, cheese, yogurt
- protein: egg, fish, poultry
- white rice, pasta, bread, noodles
- low fiber cereals
in other words, a low fiber diet is recommended.
All the best!
