Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I have read your query and reviewed the attached reports.
Your 1 year old daughter had low hemoglbin (8.6% in report) and high lymphocytes count, mildly high eosinophils (7%) with mild decreased total WBCs.
Her blood counts are likely suggestive of some viral infection but before discussing it further,I would like to ask some more information.
Is she having fever or any other symptoms?
For which particular purpose, her blood test was done?
Any medications given so far?
Please get back to me with these answers.
Regards,
Dr.Sandip Kabra

Brief Answer:
Likely viral fever
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome again,
I have reviewed the doctor's prescription,
It looks to be having a viral fever from your daughter's blood reports and antibiotic would have little role in that.
However, she can be given zifi-o (cefiximie, given in your doctor's presciption) for speedy recovery. But I am NOT in favor of giving more than one antibiotic (unless it is diagnosed and confirmed from the reports) as one more antibiotic (tab.Norflox) is also mentioned there (prescription dated 12/09/2016).
For that,it would be best that you should talk to your treating doctor regarding use of two antibiotics as he/she may better know your daughter's condition and explain well.
And finally come to your previous question, antibiotics does not increase WBC count and these antibiotics (cefiximie or amoxycillin) are one of the safest antibiotics nowadays and can also be given to child in that appropriate dosage.
