Suffering With Fever, Increased WBC Count, Decreased Hemoglobin Level. Given Paracetamol Suspension. Suggest?
My baby girl is 11 month old.last week she was suffering from fever up to 100 after giving paracetamol suspension as advice by our doctor for four days she was ok. This week again from Saturday she was having fever 100.9.Doctor suggested blood test MP/URINE/HC something like that.After test they found WBC count increased ,Heamoglobing decreased. No MP found.Then also she is having fever.Please suggest.
hi, thank full for your query in health care magic. as your beby girl had getting fever. and lab report tell slighi elevated WBC count. it's suggest that your baby suffering from any infection. so fever come it's not a major thing for that you have to take proper medicine from your doctor and start antibiotic course properly. another while this infection may get more serious order. and fever will not gone so. and if high degree of fever arise so plz consult to pediatrician. b'coz if the high degree fever remain long time then febrile convulsion may occure. so start ANTIBIOTIC proper order and proper dose. with antipiaritic medicines.
