Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I think you should have a vaginal swab and culture to know the exact type of infection.
Then accordingly antibiotics maybe given.
Please take regular calcium and vitamin D supplements to prevent backache.
Also, volini gel massage maybe done on the back.
Avoid bending, stretching, inappropriate exercise and practice proper posture in walking.
You may use a hot water bottle for pain relief.
Hip, back and stomach pain is due to stretching of muscles and ligaments as the uterus grows to accomodate the growing pregnancy.
Dont worry about it.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.
I hope your recent ultrasound scan was fine !

Hello
Your urine reports are fine.
Please get an ultrasound scan done , to know what is wrong.
You can go to the ER if the pain is severe.
Get a heart evaluation done to know that everything is alright.
The vomiting does not sound right.. could be a cardiac issue or a viral infection causing pain and vomiting.
Please do not ignore such severe symptoms , and get medical attention immediately.
Take care.

I’m much better today. doctor said it could be a food poisoning. Or an infection. My blood results show the wbc are high. Do I need an anti biotic? Also my discharge is very bad should I use clotrimazole pessary?
Brief Answer:
As below
Detailed Answer:
Clotrimazole pessary can be used.
Generally food poisoning is self limiting and passes off within 2 -3 days.
It is important to maintain hydration and take atleast 3 -4 litres of liquids and lots of rest.
If you are not better after 3-4 days, you should see your doctor to consider the need for a prescription for antibiotics.
Take care.
Avoid eating outside, eat hot, simple, home cooked food, more of liquids.
