Not leukemia
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone throgght your childs history and the uploaded picture
I do not think he is having leukemia
A child suffering from leukemia will be very tired, weak, dizzy, pale, or short of breath.
The blue spot in front of his canine tooth is due to the injury he suffered whie he fell from bed last night and is in early stage of healing
I would advise you to do a Blood cell count test
Most children with leukemia will have too many white cells in their blood and not enough red blood cells or platelets.
The white blood cells will be blasts, an early type of blood cell normally found in the bone marrow but not in the blood.
Changes in the numbers of different cell types and how these cells look under the microscope often make the doctor suspect leukemia.

Hematoma is a benign condition
Detailed Answer:
Hi
You do not need to worry
The blue spot in front of your childs canine tooth is called hematoma
A hematoma is an enlargement of tissue due to the accumulation of blood cells and fluid after an injury.
It has been caused by trauma he had suffered few days back
The body will reabsorb the blood cells and fluid from the region over time and it generally takes 2 weeks of time to heal
Hematoma is a benign condition and it is also not an infectious process but rather a traumatic process.
I will advise you add foods such cherries, lemons, oranges in your childs diet so as to improve his blood flow and make his hematoma heal faster
It will resolve automatically and there is nothing to worry.
