Unlikely to be HIV
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them as well as the images attached. Your spots are suggesting petechiae and needs further evaluation. They are unlikely to be HIV infection. I would suggest you to once visit hospital & get an appointment for "Consultant Dermatologist OR COnsultant Hematologist". They will perform detailed examination and may order some labs including CBC with peripheral film & clotting profile. Results will help to go further with management.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
