What Could Tender Penis Head With Red Spots Suggest?

i had unprotected sex last night and today my head of my penis is tender to the touch and has red dots around the head and is redder near the urethra. It doesnt hurt when I pee and I have noticed this before after I had unprotected sex for a couple of hours in the night. It always goes away though. Is this serious or not? Thank you

Hello,

Red spots on the head of the penis after an unprotected intercourse may be due to allergic rash, infection, chemical reaction, or sexually transmitted infection. Always have a protected intercourse. Once consult a physician for personal examination. As it's not painful, you need not use any pain relieving medication. Do not use harsh chemicals for cleaning the area. Use a mild soap. Clean the area frequently.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
