Brief Answer:
Please go for Cardiac Checkup under Cardiologist care ASAP

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.

To recapitulate: Female/*32 - known gall stones - chest pains around heart - palpitations -

This is not normal and pain may not be coming from gall bladder.
.I would suggest you the following:
Please get the cardiac check up done under the guidance of a cardiologist as this will be required to solve the present problem, to get a proper diagnosis and medical fitness will be required for the gall bladder surgery.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications or if you feel there is a gap of communication.
