Anxiety or panic disorde
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Panic disorder can cause episodes with a variety of physical
symptoms, including palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, anxiety, subjective sense of unease.
The frequency and severity of panic attacks vary, ranging from once a week to clusters of attacks separated by months of well-being. But it may be progressive and may cause restriction in lifestyle.
Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) may cause persistent (24/7), excessive, and/or unrealistic worry associated with muscle tension, impaired concentration, feeling “on edge” or restlessness, but unlike in panic disorder, complaints of shortness of breath, palpitations etc are relatively rare.

Anxiety or panic disorder
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Anxiety disorder is unlikely to cause persistent somatic symptoms like dizziness or light headed-ness throughout the day. Investigate for other organic causes, like anemia, Hypotension, Adrenocortical insufficiency etc. Before that you need to undergo clinical evaluation by your physician and subsequent investigations required can be decided accordingly.
