Are Diarrhea, Constipation, Bouts Of Blurred Vision And Tingling Sensation Symptoms Of Any Disease?
Question: i am a 25yr old woman about 2 yrs ago i started getting weird symptoms that seem to flare up really bad then go away it started with my bowels constantly haveing diarria or constepation i have been hospitalized for both with no diagnoses of what caused them just speculation of IBS then it was my bladder often even now i sudenlly HAVE to void often im running to the bathroom i was hospitalized for bladder retention after symptoms started and cathed for 2 wks b4 i could pee agian this was speculated as intricytal cistitis also i have short bouts of blurred vision im an avid reader and cant see even with reading glasses i have muscle twichs often and a felling like bugs r crawling on my scalp in the same spot i am constently checking my head for the bug i know isnt really there i never assoseatd these symptoms as being related to eachother, just undiagnossed problems that make feel crazy until i tryed looking at my latest symptoms all point to MS on symptom checkers my resent symptoms started in the tips of my fingers about 6mnts ago now it has traveled thru my whole hand i have a weak grasp and pain also numb tingling and decreased ability to distenguish hot from cold. about 3mnts ago i got this sensation(like if when u were a kid and u ever stuck ur tounge on a battery? electrice burning) rt inbetween my shoulderblades and it spreads across my whole rt shoulderblade and part of my left. my feet are often either very cold or hot and wet feeling also when i do activitys such as cleaning driveing it feels really tight from the spot on my back down myspine and radiates around my ribs not makeing a full "embrase" stoping short of the front of my belly my new dr refered me to a nero dr who i see next fri. the dr didnt give me any clues on what this is i think she dont want to scare me well thanks to the internet im sufficanty scared it seems all the diagnoses associated with these symptoms are very serious could this really be ms? what else could it be?
also to add opon further careful examin of my underarms my neck and even in front of my right ear i have found many small lumps painless (the one in my wrist hurts when touched) i have for several monts been experiancing pain of and on in my rt side just under my ribcage i talked to the dr who sent me for an ultra sound of my gallbladder liver and pancreus.i havent done it yet its next thurs but i had not known about the lumps except one insedent ocurred where the ones under my chin swelled to the size of ping pong balls for just a few hrs i just shrugged it off but that was last week. just to add on cuz its weired iv had a cough for at least 2mnts now. it is productive. i feel like im falling apart PLEASE help me

The symptoms you have like numb tingling and decreased ability to distenguish hot from cold are very typical of weakness in the nerve endings. This is often encountered in people with B complex vitamin deficiency (specially Vit B12).This could be due to previous bowel disturbances , infections or due to long term higher medication which need vitamins in metabolism of the same.
I do suggest you to take Multivitamin supplements which will give you relief with the symptoms.
On the other hand your overall health condition since last two years also gives hint into Multiple Sclerosis , which i consider has to be ruled out with less invasive investigations like MRI of the brain and Nerve function study (evoked potential test).
I would consider it better if you get the swellings in underarms ,neck and right ear be examined by a surgeon to rule out whether they are neurofibromas which can be a expected associated anomaly with MS.
