Need to first establish a diagnosis, could have been stimulation not damage
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. If you do not mind me asking, I would first like you to list for me all the symptoms you are experiencing so that I can first determine whether there was real damage or just stimulation of the vagal nerve.
Let me list for you some examples:
+Losing consciousness
+Dizziness
+Feeling like passing out
+Blacking out even a few days after the incident
+Pain in the region
+Bleeding
I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further. Please do not hesitate to add any extra information that may help me to reach a diagnosis and guide you accordingly.
Best wishes.

Still think it is due to stimulation of vagus, no damage
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
I am sure you are experiencing a prolonged/extended response of stimulation of the vagus nerve due to anal intercourse/penetration.
One of the most common and almost always seem symptom of damage to the vagus nerve is called gastroparesis. It includes symptoms like pain in the abdomen, nausea, stomach cramps/spasms, heartburn, weight loss, and a few other symptoms.
All your symptoms just indicate stimulation and prolonged stimulation of the vagus nerve. As for the increased urgency to have bowel movements, it could quite possibly be due to stretching of your anal sphincter which will take some time to return to normal. But if at all you do experience any bleeding or blood with stools then send me an image of the region so I can make sure whether or not we need to worry about any fissures or infections.
I would for now recommend rest, avoiding anal intercourse completely, and just be patient to allow your symptoms to settle, nothing more to really worry about. I hope you experience a rapid and complete recovery, and please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.

And I'll probably avoid able sex for the rest of my life because of this experience. I hope I am able to make a full recovery.
Rest well, avoid anal intercourse, and have a healthy diet
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
Yes, recovery is usually complete within a few days time, in most cases a day or two, but there have been reported cases of delayed recovery, purely due to the amount of stimulus provided, and as you must know that each person is different.
Make sure you rest well and do not do anything to further aggravate the condition, which entails avoiding anal intercourse completely and also making sure you have comfortable bowel movements (increased fluid intake and high fibre diet); nothing more should be required ma'am. :)
And please do not hesitate to keep in touch if at all your symptoms persist or change, and also if at all your bowel movements continue to be the way they are, then send me a picture of the region and write to me again and I shall guide you accordingly, but for now, rest well. :)
Best wishes.
