Are Dizziness, Stomach Upset And Vomiting Side Effects Of Azithromycin?
Question: hi ,i wAS given azithromycin 1 gram single tablet yesterday morning,for urogenital infection by doctor,i am having severe side effects like light headedness,stomach upset,sometimes dizziness,can u tell any treatment to completely eliminate all above side effects,i have office tomorrow ,thats why ,
