Are Dizziness, Stomach Upset And Vomiting Side Effects Of Azithromycin?

Question: hi ,i wAS given azithromycin 1 gram single tablet yesterday morning,for urogenital infection by doctor,i am having severe side effects like light headedness,stomach upset,sometimes dizziness,can u tell any treatment to completely eliminate all above side effects,i have office tomorrow ,thats why ,

These side effects are not uncommon with azithromycin. Usually subside on their own in 1-2 days. So probably you will be good to join office tomorrow.

If required then you can take some antacids like Gelusil syrup to give temporary relief.
