Are Episcleritis, High Sedimentation Rate And Pruritic Papular Eruption Symptoms Of Leukemia?

Question: is episcleritis recurrent episcleritis, high sed rate of 100 ,pruritic papular rash a sign of leukemia? NO LYMPHADENOPATHY NOTED occasional fatigue, symptoms of episcleritis and fatigue etc disappear with the use of prednisone and antiinflamatory. also there is recurrent symptoms of anal fissures, no joint infection noted ,no discharge from the genitalia. First symptoms occured april 2015 with fatigue for few days, sweats at night, and a rash macular papular pruritic, and followed by tensynovitis of the right index finger where there was a pruritic papule before the tensynovitis, also episcleritis happened at the same time, symptoms improved with prednisone and antiinflammatory and symptoms went away in one week, there is also on and off perianal or rectal fissures for one year off and on
yesterday the episcleritis symptoms re occured and there were few more pruritic papule ( like insect bites) noted on the lower extremities. i used prednisone again and antiinflamatory and symptoms have improved. three is occasional fatigue, no weight loss, Last CBC done in april 2015 showed normal WBC count 8,000 differential looked grossly noraml may be one atypical lymphocute
hemoglobin was 11, ( first platelets done were normal, plateletes done a week later dropped to 56000, sed rate first sample was 100, second was 85, crp was slightly elevated, albumin was 3.0 little below normal, all LFT, kidney functions, cholesteral all normal, urine normal no protien
I dont see any bruises on the skin indicating thrombocytopenia

These symptoms are not suggestive of leukemia. If it were leukemia then would have worsened a lot over last 4 months.

And these symptoms look more like that of an autoimmune disorder to me. The response to prednisolone confirms that. Low platelets can also be due to autoimmune diseases. What is the recent blood picture like?

So I feel that you need a rheumatologist consultation to rule out autoimmune disorders.
