Question: I have mild headache, general body aches, fever and painful urination. Are these aystoms of the flu or urinary tract infection. Should I go to hospital it is 9 o'clock here.

Yes your suspicion is true. It could be flu or UTI. If your other symptoms (headache, body ache, fever) followed painful urination, it indicates UTI. Otherwise it is a case of flu.

Based on the reports your treatment will be decided. Meantime you can take paracetamol tablets for symptomatic relief. Take plenty of fluids, it will flush out urine infection if any.
