After going through the medical details provided by you first of all i would like to tell you that NO ITS NOT A STROKE so just relax. It was just a panic attack.

Anxiety and panic will just make things worse for you.

Considering your age i would like to suggest you to kindly get an ECG done to rule out any type of rhythm abnormality.

Also its advisable to consult your psychiatrist for adjustment of SERTRALINE dosage which you are taking for your depression.

Hope to have been helpful.
