Are Hemorrhoids And Stomach Pain Symptoms Of Bowel Cancer?
Reassure your self
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in
You have mixed up your information
What I get from your history is :
1 You have symptoms of gastritis
2. You have bleeding hemorrhoids
3. You have anxiety
4. Your colonoscopy is normal
5. You are scared of bowel cancer
Here is my advice
1. Avoid spicy fried fermented and junk food - take a good antacid
2. Avoid constipation - take sitz bath twice a day - add a good laxative - see a good proctologist and if needed get operated
3. Manage your stress levels with meditation and yoga
4. With normal colonoscopy you should be a relieved man as far as bowel cancer is concerned
5. You will end up with irritable bowel syndrome with this level of stress. Take hygienic food and cleaner drinking water.
Hope this helps
Do write back in case of concern
Need to repeat if you want reassurance

Hi
Thanks for writing in again
I will again say you have mixed up colonoscopy can not diagnose gastritis, either it is collitis of a Gastroscopy was performed
Your symptoms point to collitis and probably hemorrhoids
I would suggest you follow the instructions mentioned in the first answer
Also to reassure yourself regarding bowel cancer, you may go for a repeat colonoscopy if it is already 6 month to previous one
Hope this clears your doubts
Do not hesitate to write back if you have any more doubts
Please upload your colonoscopy report
Detailed Answer:
Hi
It is very unfortunate that you are not happy with the answer
FYI I am a XXXXXXX gastroentrologist with around 30 years of experience
I have clearly mentioned that the colonoscopy examines the lower GI track and can not diagnose gastritis
Secondly because your colonoscopy was normal 6 years back and you have persisitent bleeding you should go for a repeat colonoscopy
The chances of bleeding being because of bowel cancer with your history are very remote yet with online consultation no one can stamp a diagnosis
Yet it would be of help if you upload your colonoscopy report, though the report will help ascertain that you had no bowel cancer at the time report was performed
Hope you understand the limitations of online consultation
