Are Herbal Supplements Safe To Take With Multivitamins?

Question: Hi,
I take a variety of supplements for different reasons. I am of normal weight but wish to lose stomach fat (I'm not big here, but it's slight. I will do sit-ups and wish to take 2 new supplements that I've started this week.
The two supplements will be green tea extract 500mg once a day and Rasberry Ketones 200mg.
Other supplements I take include strong B Complex, 20mg Zinc, Vitamin C, Cod liver oil, Pro biotics. Also I take 5-htp, penlylanine and thianine on certain days.
I also drink alcohol twice per big in large amount.
Is my mix ok? And will it they work?
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Supplements and loss of belly fat
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM wtih your health care concerns
You are wondering if certain supplements will help with removing belly fat. Your list of supplements are okay and I don't see anything here that would interact with another. The additional supplements will also be okay. If you want to lose belly fat I would recommend you reduce your alcohol intake. The alcohol is liver toxic and can cause extra fat to be deposited into your liver and around your stomach area.
I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
