Question: I am concerneed about my oncologist requesting a bone scan. HAd breast cancer/ lumpectomy and radiation four years ago. She said my blood tests were showing an increased calcium level and bone density lowered. Bone Cancer??

Please note than breast cancer can give bones metastases. Increased calcium level can indicate bones lesions. That is why bones scans are necessary.
