Brief Answer:
It seems to be due to chronic irritation/inflammation!

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns today and will put my best efforts to get you out of this situation.

Without having weight loss, no lesion physically over there, it is less likely to have a cancer at this age. It becomes more unlikely if there is no history of Smoking, betel nuts chewing etc.

Now your question as to what this possible lesion may be?
It may be due to continuous chronic throat irritation and repeated inflammation of throat including larynx. Voice loss may be due to cancer but there is no mass in the area as you prescribed. The benign possibility then comes upfront and that is the same chronic throat irritation and inflammation. THE REASON being Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)----due to hyperacidity of stomach the acid regurgitates and irritates throat, backside of tongue and larynx. It leads to sore throat, laryngeal infection causing voice problems as larynx is your sound box. There is a connection between throat and middle ear through Eustachian Tube that serves as a conduit for infection to get transferred from throat to ear causing earache.

I would prefer in such a case:
Diagnostics :-
EsophagoGastroDuodenoscopy (camera assisted study of upper digestive tract) to find the lesions of the area.
H.Pylori bacterial infection of stomach.

Treatment Strategy :-
Pantoperazol + Levosulpiride.
Citrucel.
Treatment of underlying cause of hyperacidity.

It is also good to go for biopsy to see exactly what this really is.
