Brief Answer:
All are related to different disease, please consider following guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I had gone through your question very diligently and I can understand your concern

I will explain you in detail about your symptoms
Pain in back of head and chest pain can be related to high blood pressure
you are taking lisinipril for high BP so get BP recorded, you may require a dose adjustment or another drug to control blood pressure

Mental confusion a day loss of memory could be due to use of ambian drug

ringing in ear could be due to inner ear disease like labyrynthitis

Bad taste in mouth and nausea may be associated with synthyroid

so I would advise you to consult following doctor in a series for the reassessment of your health
a cardiologist for EKG or echocardiography
endocrinologist for thyroid function test and dose adjustment
ENT surgeon or a vertigo clinic fro hearing in ear

Meanwhile I would advise you to follow these guidelines
Try to avoid excessive worry stress and anxiety by indulging yourself into pleasurable activities and pursuing your hobbies
Exercise regularly 30 to 45 minutes walking or jogging
You should learn and practise Yoga and meditation for a healthy way of life
Have plenty of fresh fruits and steamed vegetables
Just relax enjoy your life try to be cheerful

Hope this answers your question
please feel free to ask for more clarification I will be happy to help you
regards

I have been on lisinopril for 7yrs and just started taking Ambien for a month. The mental problems started several months ago. Asking my husband questions yet not remembering the answers. Talking about 1 item as in table yet not able to say table instead calling it a town, couch, ect. this happens a lot when I am in normal conversation the wrong words come out. I forgot to tell you I did go to an ear dr. who ruled out the ringing having to do with ear disease. When I started having chest pains, nausea I couldn't get rid of, and nasty taste in mouth I checked my bp on my monitor i've used for yrs. it was 138/87. Before I was diagnosed with hypothyroid I had been hospitalized 3x and had a heart XXXXXXX done because of chest pains that radiated down my arm. I don't remember the nausea though. This was about 4yrs ago when they discovered a thyroid issue.

Brief Answer:
This could be sign of imminent Alzeimer disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello
thannks for your reply
Loss of memory is a matter of concern at your age
this could be a sign of imminent Alzeimer's disease
So you should immediately consult a neurologist for further evaluation

Bad taste in mouth and Nausea with chest pain could be suggestive of acid peptic disease due to acid reflux or a hiatus hernia
to rule out this make a visit to a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy

I would advise you to explore alternative medicine like naturopathy and Yoga therapy for healthy way of living which can address all your ailment at one point of time collectively

instead of taking a number of medicines which has also got many side effects on long run
Hope this answers your query
please feel free to ask for more clarifications I will be happy to help you
